Hymn His Praise and Supplicate to Him

And when Abraham and Ishmael were raising the foundations of the House, (Abraham prayed): Our Lord! Accept from us (this duty). Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Hearer, the Knower.

Our Lord! Make us submissive unto Thee and of our seed a nation submissive unto Thee, and show us our ways of worship, and relent towards us. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Relenting, the Merciful. (2 : 127-128)

Those unto whom men said: Lo! the people have gathered against you, therefore fear them. (The threat of danger) but increased the faith of them and they cried: Allah is sufficient for us! Most Excellent is He in Whom we trust! (3 : 173)

Ask pardon of your Lord and then turn to Him (repentant). Lo! my Lord is Merciful, Loving. (11 : 90)

The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein praise Him, and there is not a thing but hymneth His Praise; but ye understand not their praise. Lo! He is ever Clement, Forgiving. (17 : 44)

And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! we found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). (38 : 44)

And those who came (into the faith) after them say: Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith, and place not in our hearts any rancour toward those who believe. Our Lord! Thou art Full of Pity, Merciful. (59 : 10)

He is the Living One. There is no God save Him. So pray unto Him, making religion pure for Him (only). Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! (40 : 65)
